Tian Ren He Yi

This time of year can be very stressful.
For a number of reasons.  I have often found the months of November and December have brought great transformation for my life.
Often the process of transformation has not been particularly pleasant.

There is a reason for everything.  This time of year brings celebrations for many areas in  Mother Earth and for humanity.  The holidays can be very rewarding and can be challenging.
Things can feel out of balance.

The mantra Tian Ren He Yi (tyen wren huh yi) means Heaven and human beings join as one.
Chanting the mantra Tian Ren He Yi can help balance our lives.

Heaven is the big universe.  A human being is the small universe.  What the big universe has, the small universe has.
Within a human being, everything above the diaphragm belongs to tian (Heaven).  Everything below the level of the navel belongs to di (Earth).  The area between the diaphragm and the level of the navel belongs to ren (human beings).

When you chant Tian ren he yi,  liquid is produced within the mouth,  This is a sacred liquid that helps balance the yin and yang within
the body.

Chant Tian Ren He Yi as often as possible.  Produce the liquid in you mouth and swallow.   Yang, yin, Heaven and Mother Earth will automatically move in the direction of balance.  The more you swallow these sacred liquids, the faster you will balance yang and yin, Heaven and Mother Earth inside your body.
