Yesterday, while out walking, I had a wonderful AH HA moment.

I understood deeply that healing is so simple.  The spiritual path is so simple.

The simplicity is hard to understand. It is hard to believe.

The simple truth of healing is too remove blockages in our health and spiritual path by practicing Xiu Xian.  Xiu Xian is the purification practice.

Xiu Xian practice is chanting and meditating.  Chanting and mediating brings in high Divine light that heals, prevents sickness, rejuvenates, and transforms every aspect of life.

Many of us find this too simple to believe.  We look for complicated ways to heal.  It is not complicated.  But it does take dedication, focus and discipline. We often look for complicated ways to delay our healing and progression in our spiritual path.

We can now focus on chanting and keeping our minds in the lower abdomen.  Here we visual the beautiful light ball and chant.

We can chant Divine Love, Divine Forgiveness, Divine Compassion and Divine Light.

We can chant Love Peace and Harmony.

We all have the opportunity to heal.  Let us grab the opportunity

Where does courage come from?
How do we access our innate courage?

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, courage is the balanced emotion for grief.  Grief manifests in the lungs.

We have accumulated grief over the many loses we have experienced in all of our life times.

Grief can stop us from moving froward. Grief prevents us from experiencing true joy.  Grief can make us doubt ourselves.

To build courage, we must strengthen our lungs.
Let us begin with sending love to our lungs.  Love melts blockages and transforms every aspect of our lives.

Let us do a practice using the 4 Power Techniques.
Body Power is to sit up straight.  Place one palm over the lower abdomen, place the other palm on your chest area.

Mind Power is to visualize beautiful light coming in through the top of the head and radiating throughout your lungs.

Soul Power is to say hello...
Dear soul, mind and body of my lungs,
I love you.
You have the power to heal yourself.
You have the power to heal my grief.
I am very grateful.

Dear Divine Love and Light,
Please bless my lungs.
Please heal the grief I carry in my lungs.
I am very grateful.

Sound Power is to chant:
Divine Love heals my lungs.
Divine Love heals my grief.
Divine Light heals my lungs.
Divine Light heals my grief.

Practice and chant for 5 to 10 minutes when you first wake up.  Chant while you are driving in your car.  Chant while you are working.  Chant silently if you are not in a situation where you can chant out loud.
You will then notice you do not feel so much fear or doubt.  You could even feel joy deep in your heart.  You can move ahead. Fear does not stop you.  This is courage. Your own courage.

We are very blessed.

There are countless secrets and wisdom on Mother Earth and in all universes.   There is only one absolute truth.  Secrets and wisdom are relative.  Absolute truth is not relative.  If we understand this absolute truth, it will bring humanity good health, true happiness, smooth success in relationships and business, breakthrough development in science and every field, rejuvenation, longevity, and immortality

Millions of people in history are searching and dreaming for this absolute truth.  This absolute truth is shang cheng miao Dao,  the highest, most profound, and best Tao.

On Christmas Day, 2015, a miracle happened.  Maybe for some, it would not seem to be so. I know deep in my heart it is a miracle.  I will explain.

It began early, early Christmas morning while I slept.  And it began with a dream.

There were two unusual aspects of this dream.  I dreamed that I accidentally flooded someone’s kitchen floor.  It was not heavy water, just enough to wet the floor. I got a mop to clean up the water.  It was then I noticed a turtle on the wet floor.  Then there was another one.  I woke up remembering these turtles and was curious as to what it could mean, I have had very unusual dreams for many years.  And fortunately have a dream interpretation book that was written by a British Lady (nobility) who has studied the ancient oracles of dream symbolism.  

When I looked up turtles in dreams, I was surprised at the interpretation.  I know turtles have different meanings.  Dreams carry a different aspect of meaning.

This is what the interpretation was…to dream of turtle(s) means that one’s ambition is blocked due to inner hostilities.

This took me back.  I know I have anger issues. I have been transforming my anger for quite a long time.  Much has been transformed due to Master Sha’s powerful practices and downloads.  However, even though hostility is a part of anger, it is a subtler component of anger. I had concentrated on the obvious overt aspect of my anger.  Not the hidden hostilities. As a result, I was still blocked in important areas of my life.

Hostility is the key as to the way things are blocked.  I still harbor hostility in the hidden components of my personality,  It is holding me prisoner.  As a result, it is very difficult to move out from the prison and the limitations of my mind.

To carry hostility is not in balance…it is not in the oneness.

I ask for guidance for more detail.  Hostility stems from many lifetimes of a unforgiving attitude. Hostility results from trying to control my life rather than trusting and following the Tao.  The Tao is the laws and principles that govern all life. The Tao teaches us to follow nature’s way.  To allow what happens without trying to control the outcome.  Tao is Oneness.

Hostility is stored in a huge warehouse in the heart. Hidden hostilities is the key for heart blockages.  Heart blockages block every aspect of life.

I was guided to trace Master Sha’s Calligraphies,  chant, ask for forgiveness and ask for all the hidden hostilities in my heart to be transformed.  For all the blockages to transform into opportunities.

I wanted to share this with as many as possible.  This realization has opened a door that has been closed for a long, long time.  Maybe it can help you too.  

To be set free is truly a miracle.

Rushing into action, you fail.
Trying to grasp things, you lose them.
Forcing a project to completion, you ruin what was almost ripe.

Therefore, the Master takes action by letting things take their course.
He remains as calm at the end as at the beginning.
He has nothing thus has nothing to lose.
What he desires is non- desire; what he learns is to unlearn.
He simply reminds people of who they have always been.

He cares for nothing but the Tao.

Thus he can care for all things.
