Da Ai for an Open Heart

An open heart is what propels us deeper into our spiritual growth.

Why do we want to grow spiritually?
The more we grow the more wisdom we obtain.
We understand better how our thoughts, actions and behaviors affect our lives.
We understand better how we create our lives. We understand that if we create negativity we suffer as a result.

An open heart connects with the heart of the Divine.  An open heart connects with the heart of the Source.  Our hearts are nourished and fed by the Source.

How do we open our hearts?
By wanting to open our hearts.
By conquering the fear within that would prevent us from opening our heart.

We conquer fear through Da Ai - Greatest Love.

We can chant Da Ai while visualizing love, greatest love, vibrating in our bodies.
We can concentrate in the area of the kidneys.  The kidneys carry the emotion of fear.

Chant often.  Send Da Ai out to your family, friends, pets, your neighbors pets, to your environment, your community.
Visual the Da Ai everywhere.

This is the way to open your heart.

Ba Gua Practice: Xun Feng

There is such beauty in the way the wind blows the trees.  There is a very unique pattern to the way the wind blows and the way the tree responds.

Man has tried to reproduce this pattern in artwork and in other ways.

Did you know that the wind has healing qualities that we can access?

Master Sha has given us the Ba Gua.  Tao Ba Gua are eight trigrams that represent Heaven, Mother Earth, fire, water, mountain, lake, wind and thunder.

These eight elements are found in human beings, Mother Earth, Heaven and Tao.

In the Soul Mind Body Science book Master Sha offered great practices on how to access each of these natures for healing and rejuvenation in the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies.

Please join me to do this powerful practice to bring the nature of the wind to heal and rejuvenate us.

Now, we will study and do the Xun Feng. “Xun” means Xun Gua. “Feng” means wind. Xun Feng (pro­ nounced shwin fung) is to be applied in the second Soul House, which is located between the genitals and navel.

Ba Gua Practice for the Lower Abdomen: Xun Feng

Body Power. Sit up straight. Put both palms on your lower abdomen, below the navel.

Chant for ten minutes per time, three or more times per day. For chronic and life­threatening conditions in this area, chant for two hours or more a day. You can add all of your chanting time together to total at least two hours a day.

The Whole Wide World

The other day I had a wonderful AH HA moment.

I realized at a very deep level how the Divine is constantly guiding me  in all kinds of ways I do not notice or recognize.

My AH HA moment came as I was driving back home after the Divine Healing Hands Global event in Ocala, Florida.  This time with Master Sha and all the soul healers from around the world was a very blessed and very special time. The Source blessed us so deeply through Master Sha.  It was an experience that I will not forget.  It was a historical experience for everyone.

Everyone experienced their heart opening at a deeper and more profound level. When our hearts are open we are aware of all the love and guidance that we constantly receive. I recognized in my heart how loved we are by the Source, the Divine, our Spiritual Fathers and Mothers. Even though the world may seem very chaotic, we are held most tenderly in the hands of the Divine.

I remember singing as a child:

'He's got the whole world in His Hands,
He's got the whole wide world in His Hands,
He's got the whole wide world in His Hands,
He's got the whole world in His Hands.'

I loved singing this song as a young girl.  I understood it very deeply then.
And now, I can honestly say, I understand it again and I am very, very grateful.

Ba Gua Practice for the Heart Chakra (Message Center): Li Huo

All sickness is due to shen qi jing blockages.

Shen blockages are blockages of soul, heart, and mind. Qi block­ ages are energy blockages. Jing blockages are matter blockages. There are many blockages at the jing qi shen level. 
I realize on a deeper level how much shen qi jing blockages affect every aspect of my life.
I understand better how my life can be strongly affected by shen qi jing blockages.  Every aspect of life.  I have learned and continue to learn deep wisdom through the Soul Mind Body Science System about shen qi jing blockages and how to transform them.

The one­ sentence secret of the Soul Mind Body Science System for the cause of all sickness and the healing solution for all sickness is:

The cause of all sicknesses in the spiritual body, mental body, emotional body, and physical body is misalignment of jing qi shen at the Ren Di Tian levels, and the solution to heal all sicknesses is to align jing qi shen at the Ren Di Tian levels with the jing qi shen of Tao.

Recently I have realized how much I have suffered from anxiety.  Often we suffer from an issue and do not realize it.  After close to a life time of anxiety I am just now fully realizing what it is.
Why did it take me so long to recognize the anxiety that has been with me for many years?
The answer is simple...shen qi jing blockages.

Let us do a practice from the Soul Mind Body Science System to remove shen qi jing blockages.  The more blockages that can be removed the faster we regain what we have lost due to these blockages.
